Service and Subscription Terms
Not every WebKurucu service is a subscription. One-time project fees and recurring services are shown separately.
One-time services
For one-time website, setup or analysis work, scope, price, revisions and delivery are defined in the order/quotation. Later maintenance/features are separate.
Recurring services and renewal
Period, fee, start, renewal and cancellation are disclosed. Automatic renewal requires separate consent. Cancellation generally stops the next period and does not automatically refund completed past service, subject to mandatory law.
Third-party budgets
Ad spend, domains, licences and hosting are separate unless explicitly included. Used/non-refundable provider costs are assessed separately subject to law.
Suspension and termination
Service may be proportionately suspended for non-payment, removed access, unlawful use or prevention of performance, subject to mandatory obligations.
Service level and results
SEO/advertising actions may be defined, but rankings, sales or lead counts are not guaranteed unless expressly committed in writing.
