Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy distinguishes statutory withdrawal, contractual cancellation during a project and defective/incomplete performance. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
1. Consumer and business customer distinction
Rules may differ for business/professional customers and consumers. Purchase purpose is recorded at checkout and cannot override the transaction’s true legal nature.
2. Withdrawal and statutory exceptions
For consumer transactions, the statutory withdrawal period and exceptions apply. Exceptions may apply to services started before the period ends with explicit consent and to immediately performed electronic services or immediately delivered intangible goods. Early-start and notice acknowledgements are collected separately.
The legal nature of custom website development depends on the specific order; withdrawal is not treated as automatically excluded merely by calling it customized.
3. Cancellation by project stage
- Before work starts, the request is handled according to statutory rights and payment status.
- After planning, analysis, design, content, setup or development starts, completed work and disclosed order terms are considered.
- Written or panel approval of a stage evidences acceptance of that stage; out-of-scope requests may be priced separately.
- Once compliant delivery/publication/access handover is completed, a change of mind alone does not create an automatic refund right, subject to mandatory law.
4. End of digital use after a full refund
If the agreement ends with a lawful or mutually agreed full refund after digital delivery, the project licence also ends unless otherwise agreed. The customer must stop use/publication and delete controlled delivery copies; pre-existing customer-owned content is excluded. Mandatory rights remain reserved.
Licence termination does not mean WebKurucu will remotely delete data on the customer server. Stopping use and deleting controlled delivery copies are contractual customer obligations; disputes are resolved through lawful means.
5. Defective or incomplete service
If service is non-conforming, incomplete or inoperable, the customer reports the concrete issue with the order number. Inspection and correction are performed where appropriate without limiting statutory remedies.
6. Domain, licence and advertising costs
Third-party domain, licence, hosting or advertising costs paid for the customer are assessed separately subject to provider rules and applicable law. Non-refundable costs are disclosed before purchase.
7. Request and review
Requests are submitted through support or email with the order number and reason. WebKurucu reviews the order, scope, approvals, stage, delivery and payment records and responds in writing.
