Price, taxes, one-time/recurring fees and third-party costs are shown before purchase. Third-party budgets are separate unless explicitly included.
Start, timeline and delivery
Start and estimated delivery depend on package, customer materials/access and approvals. Delivery may be publication, link/report, files/admin access or recurring performance. No physical shipping is involved.
Right of withdrawal
Consumer distance transactions generally have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to statutory exceptions for explicitly requested early performance and immediately performed/delivered electronic services or intangible goods.
Defective service and requests
Withdrawal exceptions do not remove mandatory remedies for defective service. Issues can be reported with the order number.
