Licence and Use Terms
These terms apply only to packages expressly shown as a WebKurucu licensed site. The order summary, written quotation and Distance Sales Agreement apply together with these terms.
1. Granted use right
After payment and order requirements are completed, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered website for the business and domain stated in the order. Use for another business/domain or resale requires separate written permission.
2. Ownership and source code
Customer-owned brand assets and data remain the customer’s. Rights in WebKurucu infrastructure, reusable components, templates and source code remain with WebKurucu or the relevant owner unless expressly assigned in a separate written agreement. File or admin-access delivery alone is not an ownership transfer.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
The customer may use the site in its own operations and manage its content. The site or distinctive code components may not be copied for resale, sublicensed, transferred or reproduced in other projects. Access by authorised maintenance providers is permitted under the customer’s responsibility.
4. Licence termination
The licence may be terminated by written notice following lawful full-refund termination, finally unpaid amounts or a material licence breach. Except for urgent legal or security risks, a reasonable cure period is provided for remediable breaches. Mandatory defective-service and other statutory rights remain reserved.
5. Use after a full refund
If a lawful or mutually agreed full refund terminates the agreement after delivery, the customer stops publishing and using the site and deletes controlled delivery copies unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing customer-owned brand assets, content and data are excluded.
6. Technical licence validation and data safety
If technical licence validation is used, it is disclosed before purchase. Licence checking does not grant hidden remote access, command execution on the customer server or deletion of customer data. Validation is designed with safe fault tolerance so a valid customer is not unfairly interrupted by a technical outage.
7. Full source-code assignment
If the customer requests source ownership, reuse or transfer rights, a separate written quotation and agreement define scope, third-party components, price and assignment terms.
8. Notices and disputes
Licence notices are submitted through recorded support or email with the order number. Turkish law and the dispute provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement apply.
