WebKurucu services are digital. Start, stages, approvals and delivery method are recorded.
When does service start?
Work is scheduled after approval/payment and receipt of necessary content/access. Separate explicit consent is collected for early start in consumer transactions.
Project stages
- Order and brief
- Design/preview and customer approval
- Development and scope check
- Launch or digital delivery/access handover
Not all stages apply to every service. Customer delays may extend delivery.
Delivery methods
- Website: publication, preview, files or admin access.
- Analysis/report: electronic delivery or panel access.
- SEO/ads/maintenance: performance and reporting during the agreed period.
Final handover and access
Unless otherwise agreed, final source files and full admin access are handed over after agreed payment. Preview is for review and approval. Delivery details are recorded.
For licensed-site packages, delivery of files or admin access does not itself transfer source-code ownership. Use is governed by the order summary and Licence and Use Terms.
Post-delivery defect report
The customer reports concrete defects. Defect correction is separate from later feature/maintenance requests. Mandatory rights remain reserved.
